The proposed work consists removing existing outdated meters and installing new digital recording water meters with Radio Transceivers, with boxes and lids in the various locations within the City. Additional work includes abandoning an existing water wain and installing PVC water main to meet current standards in the Westfield Village Neighborhood. Work also includes installing fire hydrants, valves, water services, and trench pavement restoration.
